GREEN BAY spring showcase 2024

Our Spring Showcase Packet holds all the details to ensure our families feel ready & prepared for the final events of our season.

Costumes should NOT be worn for any reason except Picture Day, Dress Rehearsal, and Performances.

Picture week will take place April 1 – 6 at the studio.

Picture days are not mandatory; however, we would love to have ALL dancers present so we have a keepsake with all of our students included. Group photos will also be in our Showcase Programs!

WHAT TO EXPECT:
>Arrive 5-10 minutes prior to your scheduled time. Be dressed in your first costume, with hair & makeup done.
>Please put on the appropriate shoes for the first class you are doing the photo for upon arriving.
>Dancers will take individual & group photos.
>All ordering is done online. Order information will be emailed out AFTER picture week.

NOTES:
>There will be dressing rooms for dancers who have multiple costumes.
>If your dancer has a solo, duet, or trio and would like photos taken, they may come during any of the time slots labeled SOLOS/DUETS/TRIOS.
>Parents are not allowed back in the photography rooms. Parents may wait in the lobby area or dressing rooms.
>Some Competition groups were moved to different days…please look carefully.
>Dance with Me classes will have photos with dancers and parent…dress however you’d like.
>Private Lessons WILL run this week as normal.

Dress Rehearsals will take place May 16 – 17 at the Spring Showcase venue (Ashwaubenon PAC).

This is a great opportunity for dancers to practice on stage and in costume!

WHAT TO EXPECT:

>Dressing rooms will be available for dancers who have multiple costumes.

NOTES:
>You may take non-flash photos at rehearsals, and you may video ONLY your child’s dance(s).
>We ask that you promptly exit the facility after your dancers last routine to make room for the next set of classes.

Our annual FAMILY DANCE is open to dancers ages 6+, and an adult in their life (mom, dad, aunt, uncle, grandma, grandpa, etc.). This routine performs in ALL 4 Spring Showcases. Cost is $40 per person, which includes rehearsals and a t-shirt to wear for the performances.

Tickets are set to go on sale April 5 at 11:00am.

Showcase Stuffed Animal:
We are excited to offer our ever-popular NEW Fusion Logo stuffed animal! This year it is a FROG! There are only 100 available. You will be able to purchase online from your studio director account starting April 1. Once they are sold out, that’s it! $20 each.

Showcase T-Shirts:
23rd Annual Spring Showcase T-shirts will be for sale through Hummingbird Apparel online store. Links will be available soon!

Showcase Programs:
A full-color program book, with show line-ups, class photos, and Senior class bios/photos will be available to pre-order ($15/each). More details available soon.
