Miss Meredith

Meredith began dancing when she was three years old. She trained at Accent on Dance-Mukwonago in many styles including ballet, pointe, jazz, lyrical, modern, musical theater, and tap. She continued her training at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee where she received her BFA with highest honors in Dance. Her BFA focused heavily on ballet and modern but she also studied jazz, salsa, merengue, and multiple developmental movement-based learning techniques. She has choreographed multiple high school musicals throughout the years and several shows during her time at UW-Milwaukee. She has also danced with Wildspace Dance Company and Danceworks Performance MKE, both based out of Milwaukee. She has trained under many notable dancers and choreographers over the years some of these include: Teddy Forance, Keigwan and Co., Parsons Dance, Deborah Lohse, Sharon Mansur, Kathleen Hermesdorf, Alvin Ailey II, and MBII.

She has been working at NEW Fusion since 2018, working with all ages and many different styles. Meredith is certified in PBT and Sugarfoot Therapy and enjoys implementing those into her classes. Teaching dance in a developmentally appropriate and fun environment is always her goal! She loves to have fun with all of her students and to see them progress throughout the year. Outside of dance, Meredith works for the Neenah Joint School District as a substitute teacher. She also loves to play with her two dogs and cat (you can always find her leggings covered in dog hair!)
