Sammie grew up in Green Bay, Wisconsin, and danced for a little over twenty years at various studios/teams. In addition, she was on the dance team at Ashwaubenon High School. After high school, she danced on the UW-Stevens Point Dance Team for two years and then transferred to UW-Green Bay. At UW-Green Bay she graduated with a Social Work Major, Child Welfare Emphasis, and a minor in Psychology.

After college, Sammie started a job at Family Services N.E.W. as a Family Support Specialist. She was missing the dance world when she found NEW Fusion and loves being apart of the front desk staff!
